Absolutely Fantastic service and company. We did have some issues with the package getting lost in transit due to being Christmas, but I did receive several phone calls and messages while it was being re-ordered and posted. I was offered an alternative item as had to wait for the original order due to being Christmas weekend and was even offered for someone to drive to my property to hand deliver, but I turned the extremely kind offer down, and was happy to wait. No other company would have offered this, let alone call 2 days before Christmas to try and arrange something else so my son wasn’t disappointed Christmas morning, he’s 19 so was happy to wait. Absolutely amazing.
