Banfield Pet Hospital - Carlsbad Opiniones 2

As a single disabled female at this particular location I had a really hard time. The doctors were good but the front office staff is just cold, emotionally removed and I don't know what else, colloquially 'rude.' I also don't appreciate being shouted out as if I'm deaf. There also wasn't much privacy in a hypersocialized environment and when I go into any medical office I really appreciate my space, free of anybody trying to touch me or talk to me. It's just basic common sense. It cost a hell of a lot more to actually cancel your plan so I really feel taken advantage of as well monetarily. The parking lot there is a real liability and a client is lucky when it's not busy and they can find a place. I've had negative experiences at other Banfield locations and only signed up originally because it was recommended to me. Well, things change. And they're not really a hospital and are closed on Sundays. 9 out of 10 times when I would walk in there just being a neutral nice person I wasn't even smiled at. We have had our animals seen at Banfield for a number of years. It is so sad to see how horrible the services are and the rudeness from the front office. Our medical records were not accurate and when we called to discuss this the front office person was rude and she was wrong! We had our dog seen by 3 different vets each giving us a different diagnosis. I was thinking maybe they are this careless and rude just to our family. I have been looking at the reviews for Banfield in Carlsbad and it’s one bad review after another. Not very encouraging when you have to drop your pet off and all you get to talk to is a vet tech after being on hold for 15 minutes. If you leave a message regarding your pet return calls are not made. The support staff for the vets are definitely not supportive and don’t care about your pets.
