I rang Bank View on Monday of last week & had a great conversation with a gentleman re new business, he promised me a quote back the following day (Tuesday) By Thursday morning I hadn't recieved anything so I called back just to make sure more than anything else they had my correct e-mail details. I was told the gentleman I spoke to had been really busy & he was at court this morning but he would definitely come back to me later in the afternoon. By Tuesday morning the following week I'd still heard nothing so I called for the 3rd time & spoke to a really nice girl who was very apologetic who assured me she would "call me back within the hour" Two days later (10 days & 3 phone calls since my initial enquiry) I've still heard nothing back at all from Bank View so I had no choice other than to leave a one star review, I refuse to call for a 4th time 🤷‍♂️

Ms Sarwat Rafiq was amazing throughout a challenging time, she was professional, understanding, precise and committed to rectifying issues we have dealt with.
