Everything went very well, and was kept fully informed about the delivery all the time. The delivery team could not have been more obliging.

They delivered the table on saturday but no one came to set it up, I called them lots of times and no one answer and now I've got to wait another week for someone to come and set it up... I paid so much money and this is so unprofessional... Unbelievable...

First week I was told I needed my doors cut even though lino was under that door where he measured after he putting down the lino. Second week carpet was damaged and I was told they couldn't get the nails in the floor as it's concrete. When my old carpet had Beeding. So I have been left with exposed nails Beeding that's has come off gaps in the hall carpet Beeding glued to old lino. Pile of rubbish left in my sitting room. To top it off even the boss has made Excuses with not a hint of an apology. My neighbour is health and safety officer on the sites he had a look and said its not safe left in that condition with my grandkids coming and going. They are due again this week and that's the only hope they have before I take action. Saying that the lino they put down is exactly what I would of expected.

I called twice,first time was fine but the second time…a lady answered and I couldn’t understand what she said.I politely ask her to repeat and she was screaming.Anyway I didn’t understand and I hang up.

I am reorganising spare room and would like to know when I can expect bed to arrive but can't get through by phone and sent email yesterday and again today as it says in confirmation email to do so if you have questions. No response so I have messaged through Facebook. Very poor customer service so far. Was excellent in the past but has disimproved. Finally got a response and expect delivery tomorrow. All I wanted to get was an estimated time but they don't give one so it is difficult to arrange your life to accommodate it.

I went over to Bargaintown looking for a table and chairs in Queen Street. A lovely lady called Caitlin served me.She was so helpful and nice. So professional and efficent. Would recommend anyone to go over. My table and 6 chairs are fab. There are so reliable with delivery and assembly too. Could not recommend them enough. My name is Pauline Dowd and I will be back again to buy from bargaintown.

Goods arrived on time . I also had furniture assembled . I had a query just after I’d placed my order a Lady rang me within a hour of query and helped me out. Great service.
