The store had a great selection of furniture, and there were plenty of customization options for things like fabric.
Ian who served me was friendly and approachable without being pushy. He answered all of my questions clearly and gave helpful suggestions when needed, which made the shopping experience more comfortable. I left a very satisfied customer!

Thomas and Kevin expertly navigated the table through my slightly awkward house . They assembled the sofa and table and removed the packaging . Very courteous and obliging to ensure I was happy with everything before they left.

Received our sideboard today and could not be happier. The guys that delivered it (Dave and Greg) called us twice during the day to keep us up to date with progress and when they arrived they carefully carried it in and didn’t leave until we were happy. Great experience from start to finish and will be ordering more.

Paul S and Kay turned up exactly on time and were pleasant, friendly and helpful, siting the heavy armchair I'd ordered exactly where I wanted it, showing me the adjustments and leaving me with nothing to do. All part of what makes Barker and Stonehouse unique, and excellent.

Today our lovely sofa & chair were delivered by Matt P & Stefan. The delivery was faultless, they arrived within the two hour time slot & we were given notice 20 minutes before they arrived. Matt P & Stefan were extremely professional, polite & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, it was quite challenging getting the sofa in through an alleyway at the back of our house but they managed this brilliantly & they took great care of our furniture & took all packaging away with them.
We are delighted with our furniture & the whole process from start (visit to the Guildford showroom) to finish (delivery today). We would not hesitate to recommend Barker & Stonehouse.

Ordered the Lavinia sofa from Barker and Stonehouse having never heard of the brand before. Straight from the order, the customer service has been fabulous with phone calls regarding the order. I've just taken delivery of the sofa and I love it. Great quality and a unique design. Shout out to Kev and Craig who were the perfect delivery crew! Would definitely recommend Barker and Stonehouse and use them again in future.

The delivery of the sofa and armchair was very smooth. Advised of a time slot a few days before and then a call from the team to advise they were around 30mins away.

Had a look at some chairs at Barker and Stonehouse in Clapham. John was very helpful and informative. Chairs arrived on day and date agreed. The two guys who delivered and set up the chairs did a great job. Whole experience was excellent.

Good contact with delivery times and arrived on time. Mark and Gary were quick and efficient bringing our new bed frame into the house helped by Prince who was all ready to build the bed up. Polite and friendly team. Great job.
