It was a great experience from start to finish. All of the staff were very competent, helpful, friendly, polite, efficient and thorough. The premises are excellently presented and maintained, the toilet facilities are well-appointed and spotless. Our salesman, Chris Mohan, was fantastic throughout the
whole process. The car was very favourably priced and the part exchange rate was very fair. The whole deal was completed swiftly and satisfactorily and we are both very happy with the result. Our grateful thanks to everyone involved.

Great customer service and deal.

The level of customer service was very high. I was collected from the station which then allowed me to test drive the car. Steve was friendly and helpful, he was thorough in ensuring my experience would be good. He also secured me a great deal. Buying the car was made easy by the team.

My mother and I recently had the privilege of working with Panna while searching for a C-Class Mercedes, and words can hardly do justice to the experience she provided.

From the outset, Panna listened intently—not just to what we said, but to what we needed. She took the time to truly understand my mother’s specific circumstances as a disabled woman, never making assumptions, and always asking thoughtful questions to ensure every aspect of the vehicle would suit her lifestyle—from seat comfort and access, to visibility, mobility, and ease of operation. At the same time, she guided us with expert knowledge of technical and mechanical details that mattered to us as a family.

She made a process that can often feel transactional feel instead deeply human and personal.

We recommend

The dealership is neat and clean, with comfortable seating etc. for waiting. We were received with hospitality and the salesperson was very patient and helpful. The whole process was a pleasant experience.

The staff at Group 1 Assured Kings Lynn…

The staff at Group 1 Assured Kings Lynn were good because when I enquired about a vehicle I saw on their website they sent me a personalised video tour of it and answered any questions I had about it in a very prompt and professional manner.
When I arrived at the showroom, I was shown the vehicle and offered to go for a test drive on my own in it.
As the service light was on, they offered to do the service the same day so I wouldn't have to come back to collect another day.

Fantastic service from all involved and would highly recommend.

Good friendly service

Overall, I had a positive experience with Stansted Audi. I’d especially like to thank Kem, who was genuinely friendly, helpful, and made the process of buying my car smooth and enjoyable. There was a scuff on the rear bumper when I first viewed the vehicle, but Kem made sure it was sorted for me before collection, which I really appreciated.

That said, I do have a couple of small grumbles. I was told the car would come with a full tank of fuel, but it didn’t—which wasn’t the end of the world, but still a bit frustrating. More importantly, although the scuff was dealt with, once I got the car home and saw it in different lighting, I noticed a number of fine scratches down the side of the car. Unfortunately, because I paid extra for a ceramic coating, I now can’t polish these out without damaging the finish. The same goes for some light staining on the interior carpets that are now sealed under the interior protection.

These issues aside, I’m still really pleased with the car overall and grateful to Kem for his attentive service.
