Fully agree with the previous review. That's the scam, chitting fake company. They taking money but no any confirmation or product to be delivered. Basic crime, strange that it is still exist with UK based site. Do not use it, just avoid do not lose your money.
I wanted a new battery for my drone and found the best price on the BatteriesFast website.
To place the order with them, it was a requirement that I open a PayPay Account for the transaction which I thought was strange but went ahead anyway.
After the payment went through, I thought about it and started to get jumpy.
I got the message
"Thank you for your payment, our shipping staff will contact with you and supply the tracking number within 24 hours
Warm reminder:
if you want to buy any other battery, please contact us,We are always here to serve your needs and provide quality service. please feel free to email us if you are confused about our products at batteriesfast.co.uk."
There are no address details on their website and no phone number.
The payment had gone through PayPal and £40 taken out of my Bank Account
An absolutely terrible company, who are most definitely not based in the UK.
Ordered a battery from them and they shipped the wrong one and then over several emails to tell me I was wrong even when I presented the order confirmation which had the correct battery on it.
Would not accept returns, but wanted me to ship it to another customer in Spain and they promised they would refund the shipping and product price.
Frankly did not trust them enough to pay for that if I did.
DO NOT USE!
