There customer service is second to none I needed information about the correct batteries to buy for my wheelchair and they answered every email within a very short time even when I emailed after 6.00 pm the answered me straight away and as for delivery extremely fast this the third time I have purchased batteries from them and if I need more I will again would recommend them 100% thank you

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a battery for my cbr1000rr and they sent me the wrong one. Apparently it’s my fault I didn’t send them the measurements of the compartment. As they have so many in stock. I didn’t think I needed to give measurements. Just the make and model and year of my bike. They are very unprofessional.i have emailed them several times now they are saying they can’t put that battery they sent me back on the shelf and that I need to order another one and pay for it. Because I didn’t contact them straight away.Iv given up just don’t order your battery from these guys zero stars

Fast and friendly service

Excellent service.
Ordered pack of 2 mobility scooter batteries on Tuesday, and they were delivered Thursday. Phoned them up that same day as needed help because batteries weren't charging. Sent photo as requested of wiring and was told they would study photo and be back in touch. Five mi utes later and a couple of texts and the problem was solved and charging as it should.
