I was a customer when it was Gills for many years and I'm glad to say I'm as pleased with Bayfields, helpful, polite and friendly staff, clean and welcoming shop with a good variety of frames and accessories

Great! I wanted a second pair and enquired about reglazing some existing spectacles, no problem. As one gets older prescription changes can be more frequent, this can be an expensive business. The reglaze cost was minimal in comparison to competitors, therefore I decided to go for this option. Seems a sensible way to go. Perfect.

Main issue was that I left with the same hearing problem that I turned up with
Had treated with Olive oil drops for a week but still no better hearing .
Ear drum was still blocked with wax.

I came to Bayfields with my partner. When I got there one of the assistants asked me when the last time I got my eyes tested. I advised them that this was during Covid and I was over due.

They asked me if I would like an eye test and I accepted.
