Great service, great product, nicely packaged
Bought a Seafolly swimsuit from Beach Cafe. I already knew the Australian brand so expected the quality of product (this swimsuit was already out of stock directly with Seafolly UK). Arrived quickly and in a cute waterproof re-usable pocket.

Slow to refund
I have purchased several items from Beach Cafe and recently 2 items, separate orders. Unfortunately both had to be returned due to fit... not a reflection of the qualitty of the product. However frustratingly the refund process took too long; the first one was almost 3 weeks following several emails. The second return took 16 days.
On a positive note, email response has always been polite and an apology has been received.

Outstanding service & beautiful kaftan!
From Emma’s speedy replies to my enquiries, to the swift delivery of my Honorine kaftan, wrapped in tissue and in a presentation box, Beach Cafe has been outstanding!
The long Mirabelle kaftan is delightful and every bit as beautiful as shown on the website.
I am most impressed with Beach Cafe!
