washing machine ordered on a Friday afternoon, delivered on Monday during lockdown...superb and as usual a very fair price.

I wanted to stay local and purchase from a local firm. I purchased a Rangemaster Cooker and I was pleased with the product and the Service. I then wanted to compliment it with a cooker hood. I looked on line and Beacon Electrical were competitive after doing considerable research and finding the product cheaper elsewhere. I ordered the cooker hood that was £381. I needed the product urgently so that the rest of the kitchen could be completed. I then get a phone call the next day saying it had been priced incorrectly and that It was £50 more expensive. It was non negotiable. No effort to apologise for their mistake or an offer to meet me half way And in my opinion not customer focused. A real shame. I have had to take my custom elsewhere. Very disappointed service.
