Once again, Beads Unlimited has come up trumps in getting an order out to me swiftly.
The reel of 1 mm black elastic I bought is perfect and the gold coloured 18 inch chains are very good value for money. They look really good when put together with my pendants and I will be ordering again. Whether visiting the Brighton Bead Shop in person ( which I love to do whenever I go to Brighton) or using the website, I find the experience is always a good one. Thank you!

I ordered some silver wire and dark purple wire but when the wire arrived it was a lighter colour than expected and wasn't suitable for the necklace I was making. I called to check that it was right and the person I spoke to said that the product I had was as it should be. The order came through in 3 days even though it was just before Christmas which I was very impressed with. I was a bit gutted I couldn't use the purple wire but I have ordered from this company before and haven't had any other problems. I'm sure the wire will come in handy for another project in the future. .

Easy to navigate round the site and search for what I wanted and to find the right items, colour, size etc. Was easy to order as I could use Paypal and the order was dispatched very quickly.

I needed to redo the thonging on my scout shirt (Queen's Scouts willi know what I mean) and found the ideal product from Beads Unlimited to make a neat reproduction.

I tried to order some items on the website. At the checkout I was told the payment was not acceptable so I tried again later (two times) but the end of the payment procedure was again told ERROR. Than I gave up. After a week I have got 3 packages from the company (with all of my orders in) and of course a reduced bank account. The best thing in this story (which was not as good for me) is that although the packeges arrived at the same time I was charged three times for p and p.

I did not complain but I promise I will never order anything anymore from this website.

Ordered beads which I could no longer find in my local shop - thankfully I had kept the packaging from the ones I bought nearly 2 years ago. Can't fault the service at all.
