Beaumont Marquees went above and beyond when I needed a marquee on short notice. Their team was professional, the delivery was on time, and the marquee itself was fantastic quality. They worked within my budget and made the whole process stress-free. Would definitely recommend!

I brought my car a vw Passat 2009 to check on Epc lights n engine lights for 2 days wait without a to call me to let what wrong with it n i got miss calls from vw dealerships n left me voicemail to call them back n I did the the manager diagle, Rebecca said my endurance warranty denied me n saying my warranty n it’s cost me 500 for diagnosing my car n i said tat much for diagnosing my car n said my car vw Passat n google on my phone 100-120 dollar n called to my endurance warranty n complain why they denied my claim at vw dealerships n they said no one called to claim n i called back the vw dealerships n I said just my endurance warranty n they no one has called to claim n i said dealership have call let know that to claim it on the vw dealership side n same thing happened again next day didn’t call for claim n i call to my endurance warranty again n they said same thing no one has called n i took my out bring it to different company n they said diagnostics cost me 120 n vw dealerships charge me 500 n i waited for 2 days for nothing n one time one of staff told me my tire has nail stuck on the side of my tire and I can’t patch it n i new tires n when i got car back n asked her which one was has a nail on the side of the tire I have to replace a new one and nothing happened to my tire not good business

They are crooks. They have stolen over £1,000 from our charity - a food bank - by taking our booking, taking our fee and then not showing up, nor refunding us. They have lied consistently and we are taking them to court to get our money back. Do not trust this company. Absolutely awful experience. Absolute ripoff merchants.

Poor service and expensive - Struggling to get any response and a refund for equipment not used and poor installation overall.

I had such high expectations after looking at the website but sadly, it was such a disappointment. We had a marquee installed for New Year 2021 and it would have been a follow-on party from my wedding, that took place the day before. The gentlemen who came to install the marquee left one of the water-tanks overflowing, resulting in the lawn becoming waterlogged. It was right where the marquee was so every time you trod on the carpet, mud and water seeped through. we ended up having to section it off as it was so bad. The drapes that were used to decorate the inside of the marquee were dirty and mismatched, due to some of the drapes being too dirty to even use. We were advised that it was due to the bank holiday that the materials had not been washed.
We also had to chase every time for a date when it was being installed and collected, even to the point where the day we were advised it was being installed, came and went without anyone showing. It was only when we called that someone advised it was to be the following day.
It has been two weeks since I have raised this complaint via email and have had no contact at all. I even called to leave a message and no one has called me back.
Really disappointed.

The owner Damon thinks is perfectly acceptable to not pay his staff!
And when confronted he becomes aggressive and try’s to blackmail you.
Avoid working for this man at all costs.

Used Beaumont Marquees of London for my daughter’s party. The installers were inexperienced and spent all day putting up the marquee, both of them had only recently joined and complained to me of little training. They didn’t have all the equipment needed so had to send someone back to pick this up, wasting 3-4 hours.

On the night, the up lights failed in the middle of the party. Spoke to the owner who was unable to send anyone and advised me to try to fix it myself. Eventually managed to get half of them working through trial and error (in the middle of the party!). Fortunately we had used fairy lights for decoration and these worked well.
The company has failed to acknowledge the issue afterwards despite many attempts and not even offered a refund for the cost of the lights of £144.

In February last year I paid Beaumont Marquees over £600 for a marquee for my 26th wedding anniversary in April. The party had to be cancelled due to covid.
I made a number of phone calls and sent e mails last year and was told the office was shut. I understood times were difficult so took no further action.

I’ve tried again this year but, again, to no avail. I’ve written directly to the director/ founder appealing for his help but no luck.

Please avoid - we gave them £500 for our wedding venue and they didn’t turn up. They never gave us the money back either after months of battling. It was so upsetting. This was before covid and they are in liquidation. Brides beware you will loose your money. Let’s hope he sleeps well at night.....total fraudsters!!!

absolute scumbags. Do not use or work for them. They do not pay their accounts and use many aliases to defraud you of money.

watch out for these scam artists we did two jobs for a company called pj sound ltd which we found out later was beaumont marquees running some type of scam under a diffrent name , we have now been forced to take them to court for non payment and have to bring in lawyers to chase them for money owed, the addresses on there website is all fake and there buiness is certainly not been running from there
