Great service from BB centre let down…
Great service from BB centre let down badly by their chosen delivery serve DPD a company which are badly managed. Delivery driver Bashir was exceptional and very customer minded but let down by (DPD) management. Email, no text arrived 0829 Hrs advising me delivery between 0830 - 0930 Hrs. I left home at 0825 Hrs. Email "Sorry we missed you" delivery Sunday 4th June - no time given, GREAT. Sunday checked tracking - Not delivering today. Left home 0915 Hrs Bashir arrived according to CCTV footage 0933 Hrs, GREAT. Being customer minded unlike DPD Management he returned late that day on his way back to the depot. Great service from Bashir.

Could not fault the advice and…
Could not fault the advice and knowledge. I felt this was well worth the trip and so much easier than trying to buy blind on the internet. Lots of choice in store, did not feel pressured to buy something that was more than my budget and then was left alone to make our decision. Excellent service, would highly recommend.
