I placed an order on December 10th for a sweatshirt as a Christmas present for my sister. I received the order confirmation that day and then nothing. No follow up email saying my item had shipped, etc. I tried calling and the phone number but it directs you to an email address. So I emailed asking for follow up on my order. The response I got LITERALLY said "you should have received an email and your order should have shipped by now". Seriously?? So I had to email them again and ask them to follow up on the order since I had not received an email or the sweatshirt and Christmas was in 3 days. To which I received another email saying they've reached out to the people that handle the online ordering but have not gotten a response. No Christmas present arrived for my sister....

I reached out again on the 26th as I never heard back with any information. This time I received a response saying they are reaching out to the owners. Well we are now on Friday the 29th and still no idea where my order is and no response from the company. I've left a voice mail and tried to message through social media but all attempts to reach someone instruct you to email the worthless email address where clearly the person answering the emails doesn't know anything. I'll be contacting my bank today to stop payment and dispute this purchase as they are obviously not a trustworthy company to buy from. Beware!!!

Placed an order about 6 weeks ago. First issue was that the payment was taken but I did not receive a confirmation that payment was made so I was worried company was a scam. After waiting weeks I sent an email because I never received confirmation item was sent. I received an email saying they were working on shipping the item. Finally received an email last week stating item has been shipped. Followed up with tracking number today, however, delivery company advises no such tracking number. Very disappointed in time and communication issues.

I ordered from them and accidentally put the wrong address . They were able to fix it and get it resent promptly . When I got my shirt it was everything I hoped :)

It took some time to get here but only due to the covid19 but material is soft and I love my "Gold Dust Woman" shirt

I love my sweatshirt! It arrived faster than I thought it would with everything transpiring around the world! It fits true to sizing and the quality is great! I wish now that I had purchased a lighter color so that the printed words would stand out more, but no matter, I carry them close to my heart. Wearing it reminds me that I must keep my eyes on Jesus, especially now, and it also reminds me to thank Him for the blessing of my horse Ace! Never in my wildest childhood dreams did I ever think that I would have my own horse! Took alot of years but it was well worth it and I am thankful! Jesus and horses...nothing better!
