I was looking for a reliable window cleaner and Matthew offered a reasonable price and professional service. Unfortunately, that didn’t continue.

A few weeks later, our windows were booked in for cleaning. We have five windows and a door on the front and five on the back along with patio doors.

Despite the gate being unlocked as requested, only three windows and the front door were cleaned. They claimed they knocked but I couldn’t see this on the doorbell and my daughter-in-law was home. They said they couldn’t clean the top windows because they couldn’t close them (fair enough) but the back gate unlocked, so no reason for these not to be cleaned.

This was our first clean and I messaged Matthew. He replied and I quote “Sorry Gemma, we’ll make sure we get it next time. He has under charged you so there’s our apology 😂”

I kept going back with my disappointment and frustration but they just told me they’d be back in four weeks. It was basically tough luck! I’d already waited nearly a month. I also text very quickly as I got home just as they had left.

I’m a loyal customer when I find good service and I always recommend it. It’s not often I complain when things go wrong but I always give people a chance to fix it. However, Matthew chose not to rectify the situation and gave a “I don’t care” attitude.

The service was very unprofessional and a shame because I had high hopes. I strongly advise against this company!

Great communication, reply to messages and resolving issues very quickly. Turned up as agreed and they were polite and respectful.

Wonderful service from inquiry to first wash completed. Mathew brilliantly gives all the information needed upon booking. Friendly amd polite crew that did a fantastic job on my windows at a great price.

Matthew the company owner explained everything clearly at the time of booking. He went through T&C's before the booking was completed. The day before the visit, received a text reminding me of the appointment. Josh who came to the house was polite, courteous and hardworking. No mess or fuss. Windows, frames and window sills were cleaned. Once dried everything clean and sparkling. Excellent service, excellent company. Highly recommend.

Josh and Craig arrived on time. They were both very polite and got set up quickly and got to work.
They cleared our fascia soffits and guttering to a very good standard. They moved on to the windows including the frames and sills. Once completed they asked me to check they're work and once again the work was completed to a very good standard.
So overall a very good experience. Thank you both very much.
