So, I've actually done business with this company several times. Their products are of top quality and beautifully designed.
A couple times I've had the pleasure of engaging with customer service. Each and every time I've found these interactions to be of utmost courtesy and service. Never had an issue go unsolved. Nor, a question unanswered. Bella's Yard and it faculty are some the nicest. And, in my humble opinion, a many online establishments could learn a thing or two following their lead!

Nothing But a Great Experience....I had a Question about a Bracelet I was thinking of Purchasing for My Wife and My 25th Wedding Anniversary, So I called and was Greeted By a Man on the Phone which was Very Helpful and Eager to answer Anything I needed Help With and After a Few Minutes of Conversing with This Person (Ivan) the Co-Owner introduced Himself to Me and we Talked Like WE were Long Lost Friends. I’ve received nothing but great Customer Service from Leanne when I started ordering since last year! I think Bella‘s yard has a good eye for putting these bracelets together with the right Jewels that fit your needs and wrist. They are Quality made bracelets. I’ve purchased a total of three how. Just a week ago I purchased 2 birthday/graduation bracelets for my nieces and they Loved 💕 the bracelets! LeeAnne gave me some great advice on picking the right charms and jewels for the bracelets because my nieces are 7yrs apart. You can’t go wrong with choosing Bella’s Yard because of the great customer service, great choice of bracelets, jewels, charms and the follow up from Bella’s yard to make sure that you’re happy with your purchase! Bella’s Yard is great! Friendly, responsive and fair as well as overall being very helpful! I have gotten 6 of their bracelets and love wearing them!

I ordered 3 bracelets a few years ago and love them. The quality of the charms are great quality and beautiful. I placed another order a week ago and spoke to Ivan to see if I could purchase some extra charms for the bracelets and to also order another bracelet. He was beyond helpful and took the time to make sure that my order was correct before he placed it. I also have 2 more bracelets in my shopping cart . If anyone is thinking about purchasing from Bella’s Yard, you won’t regret it. The quality and customer service is beyond amazing.

I bought this as a gift and it started to turn copper in less than 2 weeks. Needless to say its caused issues.

This was given to me as a gift. Within 2 weeks it started to change color. I contacted them and they said well that's what happens.. but within 2 weeks? Not worth the money.

I love my birthday bracelet and I am wearing it today as it is my birthday! The only thing I don't like is that there is a lot of empty, wasted space on the bracelet. I was just thinking maybe it is so I can add more charms in the future?
