They don’t even deserve 1 star!!!! Worse customer service ever and the company seems fake. The contact number listed doesn’t even work. Ordered two wigs for a wedding and after weeks of waiting, they cancelled my order. No explanation and no apology. I couldn’t even go to the wedding bcos of this terrible company.
Terrible customer service. Being trying to speak with them for weeks as I know nothing about my order and they are no replaying any emails, calls, WhatsApps and social media. Starting to think this is not a real shop...but a scam.
Would highly recommend Belle Noir Beauty . I have been purchasing hair for a couple years now from Belle Noir and have been impressed with the quality of hair as well as the really friendly service. The company provides great customer service and communication with customers and it willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have what you need in time.

I’ve been buying my blonde curly weave from Belle Noir, for one year. I’ve found the hair to be good quality and lasts me for ages. I have tried so many companies, and this seems to be the diamond in the rough.

I bought a frontal quite expensive but the quality was poor. It was sold as a body wave but was limp with poor density.

Hi Hun, Thank you for your feedback. At present Belle Noir sell hair lengths 12-26. Many other retailers start from 8in and therefore appear cheaper. Also the hair you purchased was Wavy hair, if you required a thicker fuller look Curly would of been more suitable as it would of had the bounce that you required. Belle Noir will be adding a new Curly line which I will happily send to you as a sample. Please be aware that you were entitled to a full refund within 14days of purchase. Sorry I was unable to help.
