Amazing customer service
My experience with Bellway so far has been absolutely seamless. From day one, just looking around for more information, to reserving a plot and organising all the finishing touches, my sales advisor Chloe has been incredibly helpful. She has gone the extra mile for me, communicated clearly and consistently and has been an absolutely joy to talk to. I couldn’t ask for someone better to guide me through the process. Very grateful and excited to move into my new home, thanks to Chloe!

Bought a new build on the hartwell park…
Bought a new build on the hartwell park site and the new site manager mark mcgravey is a legend the help and service he is providing the site is amazing I’d definitely recommend anyone buying on this development

Ferry Grove Renfrew site. Ashberry / Bellway
Very poor customer service. Reported issues are just ignored or signed off by site as completed.
Very poor quality finish.
Site Management have no intentions of addressing complaints.
I would not recommend this company.
I have followed the complaints processes for Bellway, but I get the impression that I’m seen as a problem.

6 Gutsell Grove
From the outset, Mark and Alison in Sales have been friendly, kind, helpful and seem to genuinely care. They are both always very welcoming and nothing seems too much of a problem. Adam the site manager has also been great; friendly and helpful. The finishings manager was also very helpful. So, the team have been excellent and Ali and I feel very welcomed here and are enjoying the house. Many thanks! Roger and Ali

The house is finished to a poor…
The house is finished to a poor standard. Too many snags to list and overall a poor quality home. Rushed and poorly finished. Mould on the skirting boards and I have to clean every day. Not happy with this at all.

I had a great experience purchasing my new home (Plot 193 at Vita). The whole process from reservation to completion was smooth and well organised. The team was very supportive and always happy to answer any questions I had along the way.
A special thank you to Cody, who was incredibly helpful throughout the journey. Communication was clear, professional, and friendly, which made the whole experience much less stressful.
I’m really happy with my new home and grateful for the support I received. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a property.
