On the same order but came days apart.
We’re in a disgusting condition. Boxes holed, torn and falling apart as they were soaking wet. They must have been left outside in the rain for weeks.
These were a present and had all the hassle of having to return them. Shame on Costco for using this company and delivered by Evri.
My delivery failed to arrive, they use Evri!
I am now struggling to get a refund. They don’t answer the phones or respond to emails.
Very disappointing.
I brought 20 clothes pegs from them , 7 of them just snap before I used them , and they were made from Black & Decker rubbish won't buy nothing else from them ever again
I ordered a beige parasol from them and they sent me a horrible one that has nothing to do with what I ordered.
Now they’re telling me I have to pay to return their mistake — unbelievable.
I absolutely do not recommend buying from this company.
I purchased a percolater from this company which stopped working soon after I bought it it took 11 emails for them to reject my claim purchase orders,tracking No supplied still rejected my claim steer clear of this group
if i could give 0 stars i would. Purchased their slow cooker.. buffet slow cooker and another electric cooker via tik tok shop but with Klarna on the 19/11/24.. I returned items the very next day of receiving them without opening as i felt i didnt need them anymore.. i did a tracked return with royal mail and till this date issue of items delivered from their side has not been resolved, klarna has resumed my payment of £120 as the returns has been declined.. tried contacting them to atleast let me know of they got the parcels or not so i can claim with royal mail and still nothing!

Benross is a rip off con artist company.
Does not reply to any emails, items failed after a week.
They ignore every email and telephone call.

Do not use this company.... shocking. Bought 2 rocking chairs and within 6 months both had broken. I've got a video of one collapsing whilst someone who has recently had back surgery was relaxed on there. Wish I had seen these reviews before ai ordered through Amazon. They will not refund or replace. As I've moved out of UK they say I am no longer covered. Rubbish. All products should be designed to include European standards. Their customer service is shocking and they won't even let me put a bad review on Amazon. Stay clear!!!
Disgusting company! Sold me faulty cooker and now refusing to send courier to pick it up and take it away for a refund. The cooker was smoking red smoke and smell of burning cables, myself and 3 young children with disabilities and one has asthma were breathing it in, gave us headache which I have still and it's been second day now, it stank my whole house, my curtains, sofa, blankets, kids toys. The company is so ignorant they didn't even apologize they refuse to pick the item. Disgusting, I'll be reporting further. Do not buy from them!!! Disgusting company.
I purchased a Bauer rotary 3 shaver whilst on holiday as I needed a new one. This came with an instruction leaflet saying it should be cleaned after every use and to access the blades I should squeeze the foil frame release buttons and lift the foil frame upwards. What buttons! There are none and to get the foil frame free it needs a screwdriver!!! I mailed Benross, the importers, but got no reply. Then, the power button seized which means I cannot even use this wretched shaver let alone clean it. Again,another email to Benross but I won't hold my breath.
So, this product is crap and the leaflet is very misleading and not fit for purpose. Same can be said for Benross, useless customer service and it appears they don't give a damn about importing useless products to the UK consumer.
The company sell through Amazon and try to hide behind them selling substandard not fit for purpose products and then try to fob you off and ignore you. I bought a 3 tier barrel water feature which started leaking in under 2 months. Amazon put me in touch with the company who tried every way to get out of the complaint. Eventually after threatening trading standards, product not fit for purpose, they sent an email stating they would send it down to parts to see if they had a spare. After pushing they finally said they had sent it with DPD but don't use tracking numbers. This never arrived and never showed up on the DPD app to say they had ever received it.
After constant pushing with Amazon they finally agreed for me to return the item for refund. Stay clear of this company and it's products. Cheap and nasty, ot fit dor purpose and they really couldn't care less.
I bought a Coffee Percolator from Benross via E-Bay 16+ months ago. It stopped working so I contacted the company without the expectation of them doing anything. To my surprise, they asked me to return the item & issued a replacement. VERY satisfied! Thank you!
Purchased a Silentnight Air Purifier but cannot source replacement filter, having tried to contact ‘Benross’I have found their after sales almost non existant and useless.
Do not use this company, or any third party company on Amazon as there is no help. Amazon don’t care about you for external suppliers. I was supposed to have a Christmas tree lights delivered today…oh no. Now coming on the 27th, what rubbish’s company promises light on the 21st but won’t be happening until the 27th which is after Christmas. Really? Amazon no help so filter out any external supplier on their website and don’t order as you have no protection or support, I will spend the next three months on this company and every platform
Ben Ross don't stand behind the goods that they import, We made the mistake of buying their goods via an online retailer with questionable ethics,(mbagoodzltd), BIG MISTAKE, when the item failed the retailer took no responsibility for the item so I approached the importer hoping to make headway there, only to be told by the importer to contact the retailer, so basically being sent around in circles, it looks like both the importer AND retailer are fully aware of the poor quality of the goods that they sell and are unwilling to offer any kind of back up, should you be in the market for pet clippers, I suggest strongly that you avoid the ANIMAL PLANET brand in any way shape or form as no back up is offered
