We had a very friendly, helpful and informed sales assistant who was not pushy at all. Thank goodness. We were given time to try out and think about our purchase. In a relaxed, amiable and again helpful manner we went through the administrative element of the purchase, finally leaving the shop happy with the whole experience.

Knew what I was looking for when I entered store. Was met with friendly helpful and informative support from assistant, who listened to my requirements and advised me accordingly. Very helpful .

Kadri was excellent and went above and beyond in helping us choose our beds. She was extremely patient and polite, and even stayed overtime just to help us complete our purchase. We were extremely fortunate to have Kadri helping us.

Customer service was really good initially. Jodie and Daisy were really helpful when my partner and I were in store on Sunday 26/1. However when we phoned back on the Tuesday as we realised there was a mistake with the bed colour and that we'd been overcharged, a gentleman was manning the store phone. He seemed generally clueless when we asked questions, was unaware of relevant discounts and promotions (had an attitude of 'take it or leave it'), told me a product was unavailable when it was in fact available then when my partner phoned later to enquire about the product, he snapped at her on the phone and suggested that customers in store were more of a priority than she was. On top of that he still never rectified the mistake with the order. Thankfully Daisy was available the next day when we phoned and sorted things out for us.
