The assistant Claire was excellent listened to our needs. She made us very comfortable and at no time did we feel under pressure to buy anything. My daughter needs a new mattress so I suggested she asked for Claire when she went into the show room.

Staff wonderful,understanding, so knowledgeable about beds realising what customers need and listening to them , prices very competitive sale brilliant, quality outstanding recommendations to all . Speak to Clair.

Mattress was delivered well in the time slot, and the 2 delivery men were very polite and helpful...put their overshoes on before taking mattress upstairs. Very happy with delivery service provided

This shop had already been recommended for the personal service and the knowledge of the staff about all the beds in their shop. This was indeed the case.
Chris was attentive and able to answer all questions.
He gave very sound advice and then gave the time needed to look around further and consider the options.

A lovely Man called Chris from Aintree Store Liverpool has gone the extra mile today to get me my Dunlopillo sent out to my home address with free delivery as online charging £39!!! What an absolute lovely guy he was. I hope Chris is recognised for not only his 10/10 Customer Service but his kindness too. Elaine was great. She helped us pick the perfect bed and mattress.

We found the sales person very informative and helpful. We'd had a problem with a previous mattress and she gave us enough time and advice in order to make an informed choice for our new one.

Lynsey from Bensons Aintree was very friendly and welcoming. She did explain everything clearly and we finally got a bed.

John in the Aintree store was extremely helpful. He spoke to customer services on our behalf and organised an exchange for our headboard that we couldn’t get up the stairs. Above and beyond expectations and much appreciated.

I disliked having to wait 10wks for the bed to be delivered, and also different payments on my receipt to on line.

Mattress Delivery procedure Explained during ordering... Allowed to make my own decision which mattress to buy...... .Unfortunately had to cancel order as all your mattress depth were from 25 cm, i was looking for 20 cm or less mattress , once again very helpful cancelling my order and explaining procedure....
