Very friendly without being pushy. Was able to answer all of our questions and there was 25% off so got my pillows and protector free basically. Would absolutely recommend

From entering the store everything went well, no rush or pushy salespeople. Help when needed and suggestions.
I do think charging for delivery is wrong though, its not as if you can have the take away option.
I'm just hoping the delivery etc goes to plan now.

Great experience - brilliant customer service.
Phil at the Ashton-Under-Lyne Branch was fantastic from start to finish. We originally visited a few different bed shops in October. We decided to go back Bensons because of meeting Phil the first time. He was a helpful, patient and took the time to actually listen to what we wanted. His knowledge and customer service skills are brilliant, he’s a real gem and we are we’re so glad he was there when we returned! Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

Bensons belting bed service
The 2 fellas delivering our bed and mattress- Inigo and Howard - were so helpful. They not only lugged everything into our home but also carried some very heavy and bulky items up a narrow staircase into the bedroom where we needed it. Both of them were polite, friendly and had a good sense of humour as I was panicking about transporting everything upstairs without damaging the decor. Great job 👌

What a store
Bought a mattress had the old one taken away , was very pleased from start to Finnish ,the delivery was on time and they were very courteous and respected our home .would definitely recommend this company well done Bensons for beds .

From purchasing my mattress to its delivery was perfect. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff in the showroom at Ashton u lyne . I could track my delivery which was on time. The delivery men were polite and called to let me know that they’d be arriving within 30 mins.
