Excellent service throughout. Very pleased with the Bergen wardrobe I have purchased. Excellent value and very happy with the quality. Excellent communication regarding my purchase. Excellent service from the recommended tradesmen who constructed my purchased wardrobe following delivery.

We're happy to hear about your excellent experience! It's great to know you're pleased with the wardrobe's value and quality. We appreciate your positive feedback regarding our communication and the service from the tradesmen.
Order a bed to be delivered as a whole item and you will be charged twice. One for base and once for mattress, delivered in one trip.
Beware of what I regarded as sharp practice on delivery charges. Charged for bed then mattress separately but delivered together.
Also, part missing but this was rectified swiftly, within 24 hours
That aspect was excellent service recovery.

Long lead time
We order our king mattress and arrived when they said it would
We are pleased with the whole process, selection, delivery and product.
It would be nice if it could had been delivered in a shorter time frame.

Purchase in showroom, self assemble bed
Showroom person (Lianne) was very helpful and knowledgeable and good with the kids. We found what we wanted. Delivery was efficient. Putting it up took about 1hr30, but all straightforward. Would recommend them.

The salesperson (Aga) is really lovely
The salesperson (Aga) is really lovely. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very easy to talk to. She’s served us twice before when we’ve bought beds and we now only go to store when we know she’s going to be in. She’s a real asset to Benson’s. I wish all salespeople were like Aga.

Fantastic service
My partner and myself walked into the store unsure as to what mattress we needed. Phil greeted us and was extremely helpful with getting us set up on the firmness tester but his knowledge and expertise during the time we were looking at all the options sold us with the mattress (and pillows) we ended up purchasing. He was very friendly and knowledgable which helped making our decision very easy.
