Absolutely horrific customer service from this store.
We went in store to purchase a bed and mattress which came to a total of £3.5k. We were in the process of moving house and they said it would take 8 weeks for delivery. The day of delivery my partner took the day of work to ensure it could be built and ready for the night, the same morning he took the old bed/mattress to the tip.
The delivery driver then rang us and told us the wrong address had been noted by the sales assistant in the store! We thought it would be a quick fix and they could deliver it to our house as it was a mistake made by them.
This wasn't the case. We spent two days trying to ring around to find out whats happening and different numbers they gave us. I then personally went into store to speak with the manager as they kept saying the manager isnt available to contact. In store there was no manager. Again, the next day trying to contact the manager and she was in ‘meetings’ all day but was going to call us back. It took nearly 48 hours for her to ring and apologise for what happened. Considering this was their fault. We had no bed or mattress and nothing to compensate.
Its now been cancelled as we spent all of the last few days trying to chase the manager for an update but they didn't seem to care.
So now we have to try find another company for a new bed.
Absolutely disgusting customer service, do not recommend buying from bensons. Save your money.

There was a large selection of mattresses to choose from in store. Staff left us free to look around but when we wanted help they were there for us.
Honest advice was given and purchase options were explained without pressure. The price was clearly explained and delivery arranged. Very helpful and a great customer experience all round.

Aga made the whole experience really great , without her help , knowledge and patience I doubt we would have bought . A real credit to the company . Keep hold of her !

Lianne welcomed us into the store and helped me use the mattress analysis to understand my needs. She then let me try some mattresses based on the analysis. When we were ready to purchase, she helped make the process very easy and arranged delivery. A great experience. 😊

Great shopping experience. We ordered the bed in store and the young man who served us was knowledgeable and really helpful, but not pushy. The delivery was great, no problems at all. The delivery team were pleasant, efficient and did a good job putting the bed together.

The Personal Touch That is what we received from a young Lady Called MONIQUE !!!! We went in to have a look at Beds she came straight over asked could she Help us She asked what we was looking for we told her and she took us to various Beds explaining about different types and structure and Quality we was treated with Repect which we being into our Seventies meant a lot she had so much Patience for us she is very Knowledgeable And took her time so in the end we made our Decision and Ordered a Bed Then She helped us Purchase A Mattress What a Non Stress Event We were so Happy

The person who we spoke to was very helpful and professional in choosing the mattress that we needed for my daughter.

Very relaxed atmosphere with no HARD SELL. Staff excellent, knowledgeable giving good advice. Tried several mattresses to meet our requirements. Highly recommended.

Niall was very welcoming in the first instance, he clearly knows a lot about the products as he informed us in detail about whatever we asked. He was very friendly and had a positive manner about him which was refreshing. We were able to get everything we wanted, and delivery was available quickly, those we chose a month later to get things ready. Would definitely recommend and I'm sure we will love the bed and mattress when it arrives.

Niall welcome us within minutes of is arriving in store and asked if he could help. We explained what we were looking for and he took the time to explain the different mattresses and advised us to take our time/using the pillows provided. He took the time to inform us of the features and benefits and once I'd decided on the mattress I wanted to purchase, we sat down and he explained the order process/additional items/purchase options. We never felt rushed and built a rapport during our time there. My daughter also ended up purchasing a new bed and the same mattress that I'd ordered which was a double bonus. Niall is a credit to your organisation and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or your store.

The delivery men were excellent. Very polite and helpful. Mick and kelvin even offered to come back if I wass struggling.
Hubbys back had gone. I managed but it was a lovely gesture
