From the time we went into the Aylesbury store we nothing but friendly and professional service.
The delivery time was very short.
When the new mattress was delivered the team were very polite and in and out within ten minutes.

Went to Bensons for beds in Aylesbury with my elderly mother as she needed a new bed.
We were served by Luke who was great, he took time to understand what she was after and gave us plenty of time to consider a purchase. He gave us a great deal as well. We left very happy with the whole experience and Mum is looking forward to delivery of her new bed.

Good choice adn great customer service
Was recommended to visit by my parents, who had a positive experience in Welling Garden City. The showroom was well maintained, well laid out and the staff allowed us to look around before approaching, letting us know they could help if we needed it and then going back to other tasks so they were not hovering around as we continued to test the beds and mattresses.
When we had questions Bryan was extremely helpful and informative, providing additional information quickly from either own knowledge or looking up from records as required and providing a quote we could take away to consider, with all the details we needed included and the discounts clearly shown.
Ashley, on our return 2 days later, was just as helpful, was able to quickly answer some queries we had and then proceeded to enable the sale quickly and easily.
Really impressed with both the store and the staff and based on my experience, would recommend visiting if you are in need of a new bed or mattress. If the delivery side is as efficient and effective as the store, it should ba a completely smooth process from start to finish.
