Bensons For Beds - Aylesbury Opiniones

This company is a disgrace. We were mislead in believing we would get a certain price for our perfect bed, they then changed their minds and charged us £600 more than they agreed in the first place. Disgusting service. I won't trust or buy from them again. No customer service skills at all.

The customer service was excellent, Luke the manager really went the extra mile to make the purchase work for us

The purchasing of my new Slumberland mattress with
Benson Beds went very well from purchasing the mattress to and including the delivery of the mattress.

Quality is as expected by the description provided by the seller.
However, the customer service support on the telephone line lacks flexibility or understanding.
The waiting time for a product paid in advance is long (10-11 days where for example if I have to go and buy it , I’d feel to be better organised on my own).

Luke significantly enhanced our experience at Bensons for beds. He ensured that we acquired precisely what we intended to purchase—namely, beds and mattresses. His extensive knowledge proved invaluable, as he accurately understood our style preferences. With Luke’s assistance, the shopping process transformed from a task into a delightful experience, leaving us feeling elated with our selections.

Both Ashley, instore, and the delivery guys were very helpful but only the mattress could be delivered due to the base arriving broken into the distribution centre.
Customer service did all they could to get a quick delivery but there didn’t seem to be any room for movement on set plans. This meant that the next delivery was going to be a week later. I cancelled the order and the refund was processed promptly.

Very good service ask some questions and they help me out and but u need he satisfied me thanks

Great service from start to finish. I was kept informed at every step with delivery dates and times and they put the bed together with base and headboard very quickly. I didn’t even have to ask them to remove shoes before going upstairs. The delivery team weee very friendly and polite. Highly recommended

Ashley could not have been more helpful. His expertise and knowledge helped narrow down the bed and mattress options. He was patient and gave me time to decide. Excellent customer service!

We were treated and served well by Bryan at this store.
He guided us through choices and discounts due to offers and we got an all round satisfactory deal with courtesy and knowledge of the products sold.

We bought a new king size mattress. The price was little higher and there wasn’t much discount available for us in my view, considering that we paid for delivery and again for removing the old mattress. However, the guys (Tom & Chris) who delivered the mattress and removed the old one were good and did a good job. The mattress itself is good and we are happy with the quality of this purchase.

The staffs are so helpful and patience.

Knowledgable sales staff (Brian at Aylesbury)

Simple credit set up and admin

I’m not happy with the bed. I called customer service yesterday to change the size of bed because I wasn’t happy with the size that I chose. And they have given me the wrong mattress. I asked for a soft memory CR soft mattress and I got a spring mattress not happy at all I be calling customer Service again.

The sales advisor in the shop was helpful and very good at his job.

Great, but a few less texts & emails would be appreciated.

The team in Aylesbury are really knowledgeable and helpful, and gave us information and left us to decide, went with Bensons to buy a tempur mattress instead of the competitor (next door!). The delivery team were brilliant and made the swapping out of old for new really easy, considerate and professional. I used the online delivery service to amend the delivery date. Received emails, sms throughout with updates and reminders, and a phone call to confirm timings on the day of the delivery which was helpful because I was working from home and could arrange meetings to work. Would recommend.

Patient and friendly to customer

Brilliant efficient service

I have not built my bed yet so my review is about the service to date. From the time of ordering which I placed over the phone, because I knew which bed I wanted, right up to the delivery the service was excellent. Whatever they said was going to happen did. I was informed of the delivery date when I ordered and soon after was sent a email and text to tell me my time slot. They also said I would receive a call 30 mins before delivery which i did. The two gentleman that delivered the bed were smart, polite, happy and friendly. Excellent service. Thank you.

Excellent service from Bryan in the sales team
