This was a good experience - my wife & I were looking round the showroom & the female sales assistant asked initially if we would like some help - we said no not at the moment so she went away- A bit I asked her a question about one of the beds - she sorted that out and again just left us to browse around - again we went back and told her we interested in buying a particular bed - she answered all our queries a bout it - so ordered it - we arranged a delivery date - but we realised we had got our date wrong- so went back in -and she sorted it out straight away - so 10 out of ten

Very helpful assistance from staff especially Angie who explained how various discounts were applied that were on offer, she was very polite and knowledgeable of the products available to us.
We purchased a bed base, mattress and head board.
The only disappointment for us was the delivery charge of £39.00 that we felt was rather high (my reason for giving 4 stars). I would recommend Bensons for Beds (good product range and competitive pricing) especially the branch at Wombwell, Barnsley.

Absolutely can’t fault the staff who went the extra mile to get it delivered to the store for me to collect. Decent price as got it in the sale.

Quality of the product is spot on but I’m knocking off a star for build-time. It’s just too long.

It says ‘two hours’ build-time for two people and some other reviews said they needed four or five hours. Having thought these people were dumbos, I now believe them. It’s taken more than four hours to put together. I’d say worth it in the end but be prepared to fall out with your spouse/partner!
