Maz was super helpful right from us walking in the door, He left us to look around then when asked he gave us all the info we needed. We ended up purchasing a mattress in stock and he helped arrange same day delivery.

Brilliant from start to finish the process of buying a mattress was great, the salesman was professional and friendly, the order tracking and emails was very easy to use and finally the delivery was flawless the guys were also friendly and professional got the mattress to the bedroom with no issues, unpacked it, set it up, took the old mattress away job done Perfect!

The assistant in store was patient and helpful. She asked relevant questions enabling my elderly mum to make an informed choice from the large selection of mattresses on display.

Good experience let down by damage on the bed which we waited 7 weeks for
The in store experience was good with time given to let us try out options before we made a choice. Delivery was quite slow but not too bad and we were kept updated about the progress. Delivery itself was on the day expected and within the timeslot provided. When we opened the boxes to build the bed, the frame was scratched so I phoned the store but as it was Saturday no one could help me until Monday so I now need to see what we can do - obviously lack of quality control checking the items before packing
