Lisa from Bilston Road branch was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy, she helped and guided us to choose the right mattress for us, a very good experience.

The assistant, Jean was so lovely, friendly, patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very knowledgeable about the products.

I'm a new wheelchair user and it was my 1st journey out. Was very nervous, but my hubby was able to manoeuvre me around the store with ease. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

My partner and I had a great experience in benson for beds!!! I’m a wheelchair user so had to take my time trying different mattresses, the lady who helped us was absolutely lovely such a nice kind considerate person, we didn’t feel rushed she offered great advice and listened to to us, we would definitely recommend and return in the future

Thé sales staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Tried the mattresses in the shop but bought on line as they gave good discounts. Pity the shop didn’t match the on-line offers? (Up to 13% off)

btw… the website said my West Midlands postcode was in Northern Ireland and couldn’t deliver there.

Was told delivery would be up to 3 weeks and it came after 10 days.

Website could promote more the offer the recycle your old mattresses.

We were received with courtesy and left to peruse without pressure until we asked for advise. We went with ideas of what was required and that was what we finally decided on except for a more suitable mattress for the ultimate user. Delivery date has been made flexible due to the recipient moving house and the date is currently unsure. It was our second purchase as a result of the courtesy at the first visit. Highly recommended by all concerned with the purchase. Thank you all.
