Excellent choice of beds and Kevin at Blackpool was brilliant. Great delivery . Arrived before time and was rung in plenty of time to advise. Andy and Sean assembled the bed in no time and made sure I was happy with position. They went above and beyond on all aspects

Delivery service staff were very nice (driver: Ryan and assistant Kelvin) they came here right in time and give me a call before arrival which can give me enough time to prepare. They packed up all packing materials and take away which was very good, tidy and clean, good, very good, 10 points

The service was fantastic. We had Sandra at the Blackpool store. She was brilliant and answered all of our questions. Would use again simply because of the high level of customer service we received. 10/10

The experience in store was very good. We were allowed to take our time, ask questions, and were not subjected to a hard sell. We didn't actually intend to buy a bed that day, but the quality of the displays and general atmosphere in store, combined with the friendliness of Sandra, convinced us to choose BFB. The delivery was a great service, and we would like to thank Ant and Duncan for their assistance. Highly recommended!

The Assistant in store was fantastic however the manager of the blackpool store was miserable and very unhelpful

They were in touch at regular intervals informing of latest status. All the staff from the lady at Blackpool (Monica) and the delivery man Chris and his helpers.
The bed and mattress were delivered, fitted and old one taken away (there was a charge but it was worth it) and were in my home no longer that 25 minutes. Perfect. They left the bedroom in good clean order taking away all bits of packaging etc. Highly recommended. Quality of mattress and bed also good but only had it for 3 days but not expecting any problems.
