Because simple from decison to buy matress customer service personaly in the Blackpool Shop to end delivery was great. Matress is amazing very good to sleep on it. 5 star.

Sandra who helped us choose a bed was…
Sandra who helped us choose a bed was very patient and listened to everything we said, she assisted us around the shop numerous times while we chose the right bed for us. She explained everything in detail and didn’t pressure us at all, she gave us an information sheet to go home and measure to make sure we were able to get the bed up out stairs. Overall Sandra gave one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had a very long time. She was a delight!

From the time in the showroom to the bed being set up has been a smooth, pleasant experience from start to finish. The mattress is unbelievable and well worth the money spent, and the communication throughout has been exceptional - thank you!

Excellent service from Gemma at Bensons for Beds
My wife and I visited Bensons for Beds and tried several beds and mattresses, and we were looked after by Gemma. She was extremely professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Gemma is a real asset to the company, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Very good experience
The staff in the shop were very knowledgeable, no pressure sales, plenty of time to make the right choice.
The delivery men were fantastic they even brought shoe covers so they didn't make a mess of my floors. Very accommodating in every way.
