Lisa and her colleague could not be any more helpful.
They did NOT push us to purchase the most expensive one, we started at the cheaper end. But loved the Tempur. They had all the time in world to assist us.

From visit to showroom to delivery of mattress service was really good. Information given in showroom was really helpful and delivery was made with care and attention. Would recommend this company. Mattress is very comfortable right from first night.

Excellent, professional and friendly service
Ben at the Blyth store was very helpful, informative and knowledgable and very friendly. Great customer service. Andy Mac and Andy P delivered and took away the old mattress quickly, cleanly, were very polite and friendly and kept me informed all the way on day of delivery. Can’t rate them all highly enough!

From picking the mattress in store to the delivery day was excellent good communication from start to finish,both the sales man in store and the two lads who did the delivery were excellent.
Everything went well from the start in store picking a mattress to the day it was delivered excellent communication also and pleasant staff who delt with us.

I visited a few bed shops. Although I didn't purchase a mattress and headboard I was looking for I have to praise the salesman Davey. An absolutely lovely bloke, friendly, very knowledgeable, passionate about his products,no pressure at all. Like I said I didn't buy a mattress or headboard but I did buy a £79 pillow!. Would certainly recommend him.

Great service from delivery lads . From start to finish, Ryan and Adam provided first class customer service. Everything was explained clearly and they showed great care with our house. They couldn't have been any better. The entire process from purchase to installation was exemplary.

Very efficient service
