The two delivery men who delivered our new mattress were very helpful and pleasant . They even took their shoes off at the door. We would have no hesitation in recommending them .

From being to end really helpful staff, told the store assistant what we wanted and he showed us what was available in are requirements. delivery team even took away some of the packaging with them that we had opened up.

The fitter broke one of the divan…
The fitter broke one of the divan drawers whilst installing the bed , whilst I realise accidents happen , the issue was I had was no response from Bensons explaining when the problem would be rectified and I had to message them .They did respond but the replacement drawer will be delivered nearly 4 weeks after the initial delivery , which in my opinion is too long

The whole experience was great. As soon as we arrived we told Tracy what we were looking for. She put us on the sleep PRO. Which was very good. It selected a list of beds to try. First one we did we bought.

We were very happy with the service instore, the choice and price of beds. The communication throughout has been great. The delivery was smooth and on time Very happy.

Sci-fi mattress matcher wasn't a gimic.
As someone who gets overwhelmed by choice, I'm grateful to have tried the futuristic mattress matching service. It really made it easier for me.
The staff were helpful and at no point did I feel pressured into buying on the day.
