We bought a bedframe and mattress at the Brislington branch in Bristol. We were helped by Julie who went above and beyond to help us without making us feel pressurised.

Fantastic service all round. Ordered online in the end, as got an NHS discount too which was super helpful. Mattress delivery was in only a few daysas we chose, delivery staff fab and called before hand. Very helpful on arrival. Gave us some good advice, and now we have a super comfy mattress! Very happy couple.

Richard the sales man was very knowledgeable and helped us to choose a new mattress. Great that it had some money off in the sale.

The mattress we were interested in was available in a local store to try out. We were given advice about how long we should test it for and there was nothing rushed or pushy going on in relation to sales, which was much appreciated. The member of staff was helpful and we felt we got a comparable deal with sourcing the mattress on line. It was about two weeks between purchase and delivery, we were kept well informed by text message of the delivery schedule and were able to track the van during the two delivery time slot. The delivery service was speedy and efficient...all in all we would definitely recommend Bensons.

The salesperson Marcus was really helpful in understanding which bed frames and mattresses would be a good fit for us, and hit the perfect balance of useful advice and giving us space to test the various models and come to a decision ourselves. He clearly explained financing options and specifics around fabric choices and mattress composition. The store was also clean and had an inviting atmosphere, and a good selection of products.

Very knowledgeable staff. Not pushy at all. Listened carefully to what we were after and gave us plenty of time to try the beds on offer.
The delivery team was very efficient, took away with them what they were due to take away and were very polite. Bed very well installed.

Not pressurised the salesman was very good he showed me the first mattress, and left me to try others on my own . I went back to the first one which was the best for me . He knew his job.

Very good customer service in store, kept updated with text and emails that delivery on target, estimated delivery time and delivery drivers friendly and efficient. Would recommend.
