The sales team were professional and supportive. The delivery team (Tracy and Tom) were superb! They were jolly, positive and highly professional and with courteous humour. Nothing was too much trouble!

Poor customer service. Still not forfilled there agreement several weeks on. I was a repeat customer, but will ship elsewhere next time. Just ignore your emails.

He took time to explain the features of all the mattresses I was interested in and gave me the time to consider my options. So much better to go to a shop than purchase unseen on the internet, Thankyou Lewis, you made my decision much easier and more enjoyable

I honestly wouldn’t buy a bed anywhere else. There has been several ups & downs due to the odd design of our stairs/house. The first delivery failed due to this but I honestly couldn’t find any criticism of the delivery drivers who tried every possible solution & who were wonderful, considerate & efficient.

Lewis has been such a diligent, hardworking ambassador for the in-store customer service side & has the patience of a saint in trying to resolve this & find a suitable solution. Such exemplary customer service from him & he did everything he could to ensure a pre Christmas delivery. Lewis is such a team player he wouldn’t accept praise without telling me that it was the “unsung heroes” who needed to be included “Anthony (our Senior Supply Planner), and Sharon (our Transport Supervisor from our Tewksbury Distribution centre)”. This is a testament to his excellent attitude and colligate approach. This was such a big purchase to me, I’ve never invested in a good quality bed before due to not being able to afford it. I highly recommend bensons & Lewis should get a MASSIVE Christmas bonus!!
