I am pleased with the beds and mattresses. There was a hiccup with one of the mattresses but the Manager resolved this very promptly

There was a good choice of sofa beds in store and the sales assistant had access to a lot of information.
The product arrived a few days after ordering and we are pleased with our purchase.

The service in the showroom was spot on, no hanging around as we knew exactly what we wanted

Also, Andy and Reaz from the delivery team were incredible. It was absolutely boiling that day and they carried my enormous super king 5000 spring mattress into my house and up the stairs and onto my bed base. They were so professional and lovely and I couldn’t thank them enough!

Struck gold with Bensons for Beds! Went to our local store looking for an ottoman double bed for the spare room and came out with an absolute bargain stock clearance Superking for our bedroom. Right colour, right design and already half price before another 25% discount was applied as it was bank holiday! No brainer. Staff very friendly and helpful (as always) and delivered same day. Can’t get any better than that!

Staff were friendly and not pushy. We had time to look around before being approached. There was a technical issue with the finance application forms coming through via email but this was not the staff's fault and they were very apologetic. I received a hard copy of the paperwork and reassured I would receive a call from them later. I received a call later from the store staff and the finance application was completed with their support. Very happy with the service we were given
