Great value, service, and choice
Joe was the member of staff that helped me. I was pretty much decided on the brand of mattress I wanted (Sealy), Joe explained the range and I was able to try them out in store, which actually changed my mind on firmness. He wasn't at all pushy, and clearly explained the options available regarding payment and delivery. I'm based down south and expected that might cause some complications, but it didn't at all. The store had some really good offers on for Black Friday so great value, excellent customer service, can't wait for delivery, many thanks.

Great customer service
We were searching for a mattress around the £300-£500 mark for my university house. We were wandering around the store back and forth when your colleague Gina greeted us and asked if we would like some help. She was really welcoming, helped us look at the different options and fully explained the difference for what we would get for the different prices ranges. She was really honest and personable and we didn’t feel pushed into making any decision like you can feel sometimes when going into other stores. We left with a mattress that we’re sure we will love when it is delivered and we enjoyed talking and briefly getting to know Gina too she was lovely and her customer service was great. Thank you Gina and all the best with everything!

The guy that served me was very helpful and talked me through the best mattress that I should buy as I was clueless,he also found a mattress to suit my budget and gave me the link to go into to set the direct debits up.

Helpful & knowledgeable salesman gave us confidence in the product
We visited the Bromborough store on the Wirral and were given lots of helpful information by the salesman (Garry) who explained all the different features and price range of the mattresses on display. We felt confident enough to make our purchase as Garry was very knowledgeable and had many years experience in the bed trade. This is so important when spending a considerable amount of money on a product which you only purchase every 10 years or so, and is vital for sleep comfort and wellbeing.

Don't rely on a rep to help
Not bad service, we kind of sorted ourselves out as there wasn't enough reps working and had to wait for a rep to come free, even though there was only one other customer there and 3 reps!!!
Bill of sale was efficient and quick. A wait for delivery of 3 weeks not explain why.

Purchase of bed, headboard and mattress, with delivery and installation
The showroom was clean, tidy and well laid out. The staff were not pushy and gave us time to look around. When they offered assistance it was well mannered, knowledgeable, calm and efficient.
The explanation of the product options, pricing, finance deals and current discounts was clear, concise and easy to comprehend. All resulting in a purchase by my wife and I in a style, colour, size, delivery and installation package that we wanted. We would like to thank Joe for his attentive and professional service.

Kept in the loop with reminders regarding delivery. Only downside was it was late arriving by 45 minutes. However the delivery guys were polite and cheerful.
