Very helpful and great service

The showroom itself was clean and spacious . Every bed had a clear description of the mattress type etc. The salesman helping us didn’t make us feel rushed and was incredibly informative on the type of mattress we needed to suit our needs. We are side sleepers with dodgy hips and shoulders , my husband is always hot and I’m always chilly . We chose a slumber down 9.0. We tried half a dozen beds and kept trying them out until we whittled it down to 2 and then rotated backwards and forwards a couple more times until we felt which bed was right for us . The salesman encouraged us to turn on the beds, get in and out the beds so we could feel the other person disturb us , even the height of the mattress and divan , getting in and out he said was important too. We will be buying another bed from them next month for another bedroom . Can’t fault Bensons Beds

Excellent customer service from the start. Very approachable member of staff in Bury St Edmunds . He answered all my questions and made the process fo much easier.

Ordered a bed, was told est delivery date was the 30th of Jan, was pushed back to the 21st of Feb then pushed again till the 13th of March. support from the actual store was great managed to get my frame to be delivered on the 21st, Frame did not turn up was not picked to go out for delivery. i had to to all the running around as customer service team could not help so i had to go in store and sort it out myself.
verry disappointed so cancelled the order altogether.
bought a similar bed from dreams and received in a week

Delivered on the time specified. I was informed what time I could collect from store by text and email.

Gary was fabulous, no pushy selling, answered our questions and explained when the offers ran out, hence we bought a mattress we hadn't planned on buying but very happy and looking forward to its delivery, we will definitely recommend the bury st Edmunds store and likely be back when we need to buy a new bed.

Phil was very efficient with sorting out and arranging the delivery for our new double bed to arrive on a very short lead time well before Christmas!

Weve used this store before and they've always been great. This time we went in to ask about a cheap bed frame we'd seen on the website to be told we were wrong and a quality company wouldn't sell anything like that. He then suggested we go to argos. He was extremely rude, and dismissive. Wouldn't even check if we were right. We'll go elsewhere in future.

Did not try to push us into anything we didn't want. Answered all questions we had about the mattress.
Quick delivery lead. On time. Phoned me 30 minutes away. Old mattress out, new one in, and rubbish cleared away. Nice chaps too, very polite.

Great service

Bought two single mattresses instore. We were given good advice by the staff, delivery was very soon after we placed the order and the delivery team were excellent. Great communication throughout.

Our Sleep Expert Gary gave us assistance as soon as you enter the store. Honest and very helpful opinions about what type of mattress we required, even assisted on black Friday deal to get an idea of how much it would cost overall.

Brilliant. Gary was so friendly and so helpful and gave us some great advice which ultimately led to us purchasing a king mattress, 2x mattress protectors and 2x pillows too! Lots of different beds for us to try which helped us figure out what we liked and wanted - along with Gary’s advice. We were able to go after work thanks to the evening opening hours and found it an overall great experience. We were really happy with our experience and our purchases and can’t wait to receive our new mattress! Would highly recommend. Thanks again Gary!
