Fantastic experience from Bury St Edmunds Bensons For Beds. Lovely welcome from Steven (manager). Spent time with my son choosing the ‘right’ mattress and bed for him. As a sufferer of chronic neck and back pain it was important to try several mattresses and pair the right one to my son. Good price agreed. Full product explanation given and lovely bed care kit provided.

Bury St Edmunds staff, very informative and patient with no pressure on us to purchase it's a shame one of the delivery guys wasn't as professional.

On entering the show room we were greeted by a lady called Sigita.She could see we having a look at different mattresses and asked us if we needed help and said let her now if we did. When we asked her for advice she was so helpful and considerate and not a bit pushy which made the experience a lot more pleasurable

We found exactly what we were looking for in a bed settee and at the right price. Benson beds of Bury St Edmunds was an easy place to find. Despite a few people in the store we were soon helped in getting what we wanted. Excellent store Excellent staff!!

We were allow to look round without pressure, when we were ready the salesman explained everything we needed to know

Visited the Bury St Edmunds branch and was very pleasantly surprised by the airy showroom. We were spoken to by Steve who was very informative, you could tell he was experienced by some of the info he gave. The order process was smooth and quick. We would definitely recommend to friends and family but hopefully we won’t be needing a new bed for quite a few years.
