We went to your Cannock branch and were looked after by a lovely lady named Sue.
She was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
She made the sale very easy for us but at yhe same time gave us our own space to consider things.

Fantastic
Luke (from Cannock) was absolutely fantastic! We visited before Easter to see what products were available and was assisted by Luke and was then greeted by Luke a few weeks later when we were ready to purchase. He wasn’t pushy very knowledgeable, professional but friendly and helpful!
The products are of great quality with plenty of options to chose from.

Great experience from star to finish. All the staff were extremely helpful and gave us some great advice without being to pushy. The bed was delivered on the date and time that was agreed.

From ordering my new mattress to delivery Bensons for Beds were both efficient, patient and friendly. They kept me constantly informed by text and email regarding delivery and the two men who delivered it were courteous and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Bensons without hesitation.

Very informative company
Very informative company, that kept us informed all the way through the process. Delivery drivers and fitters were very polite and professional. They tidied up all the packaging. They even removed their footwear by the front door, so no foot marks, especially as it was raining outside. They gave us full instructions on how to use our new beds, especially the TV bed. Really happy with the attention to detail and the quality of the service and the beds.

Bensons best bed store in my opinion
After visiting cannock store to try out mattresses and getting help from the efficient staff member Rachel we wanted to think about it. We then our purhased our mattress online. The website is very clear and easy to use. We were sent emails to keep us up to date with order and sone helpful information. Very happy with Bensons.
