Very professional and helpful very impressed with the service

Very pleased with your customer service, the time taken to help and support in our purchase was very much appreciated.

Good customer service, especially Denislava who went out of her way to be helpful with some good suggestions.

Ordered easily, delivered when said they would and assembled without any problems

The lady that dealt with my daughter, husband and I was listening to my daughter, she was patient, kind and professional in delivery of customer care. Thank you

Well-lit, well-designed store. Products carefully displayed allowing customers to view and walk around. Helpful staff providing good advice.

Delivery on time and kept me up to date with Delivery day. Delivered with care.

Polite & friendly staff excellent range of beds & mattress

Excellent sales assistant who helped us through the decisions. Good communication re delivery. Happy with bed. Delivery was in an old white van and the guys (especially one) were a bit loud and not very professional. However bed was put together, old one taken as agreed and paid for.

Great service, and a great deal. Really helpful staff.

The sales lady was very helpful and made our purchase very easy and straightforward.

Very helpful and knowledgeable salesman who guided us through the options available.

The lady that first attended to me is great

We were nlt in the shop ten minutes because we knew what we wanted. And the lady we dealt with knew how to give us what we wanted in a very efficient way.

Assistant very helpful, and patient, so no problems at all

The salesman was pushing for ancillary items that I'd already said that I didn't want. I assume it was for more commission.
Otherwise he was knowledgeable and helpful.
