I have ordered new bed. Bed arrived on time but had a defect. It took longer that I would have liked to come back to me, but once Bensons did, they have replaced with no problems. Overall very good experience.

The staff at the Crewe branch were extremely helpful especially Claire. She advised on every mattress we looked at and did not pressurize us in any way. Great selection of beds and well laid out shop. This is our second bed purchased at Crewe Bensons and wont be our last. Must note that the Northwich Branch did not offer such service and couldn't be bothered with us.

Excellent selection of mattresses with varying quality and prices.
Amanda and Claire were both helpful and provided assistance and guidance where required.

I am a repeat customer, we had purchased a king size bed in December from Bensons at Crewe it replaced one we bought on line, the on line bed was awful so a new mattress was required. Staff answered all my questions and i wasn't rushed by them.
We also bought a double bed and this and the original were on line purchases, you really need to go into Bensons and try the beds so this month July we arrived as the store opened were greeted nicely and we then after looking at options purchased a double bed mattress. Excellent value for money and staff were very good. Delivery was arranged to suit us.

The choice of beds and accessories was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The entire process from walking into the store to having our new bed arrive at our house was smooth and hassle-free.

Staff were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. We were directed to mattresses we were interested in and the member of staff answered our questions thoroughly. We were then left to browse and try different mattresses without being followed or pestered to make a purchase. It made a refreshing change. We are now excited to take delivery of our new mattress.
