Spoke to salesman who was extremely helpful and decided to go back I. January sales for better deal and was promised delivery on 9th February in time for Valentine’s Day so got rid of spare bed moved my bed into spare room to paint main bedroom then was told delivery was postponed until the 25th. I was disappointed as this happened with my sofa from SCS and was told the Bensons delivery team are always when they say. Anyway they came on the 25th and did a good job putting bed together and I am loving my new simba mattress and pillows

I’m very sorry for the disappointment caused by the delivery delay, especially after planning everything around the original date,
We truly appreciate your feedback.

Walk In Sale
Walked in when passing on way to another bed store. Very helpful, especially Ellie, with good advice from start and no pushing for a sale. Returned to buy the bed we liked a few days later and were pleased with the deal
