We have now completed our third return to Bensons and it would have been nice to have been met by pots of tea and plates of cream cakes. Now that would have earned you the full 5 stars and Anan a bonus.

I was told by staff I woujd receive a credit note for any difference in price if I changed my mind, and I did change my mind to a cheaper mattress. I was given your head office number to request refund instead only to be told by them you don't do credit notes and I would lose the £1000 difference in my choice, after many discussions a gentleman agreed to let me have a 2nd mattress, £799 which I gave my son, or I woujd have lost a lot of money, it then took several calls to get my local shop to clear the balance trying to charge me for the 2nd mattress, it has been a nightmare after following the death of my husband in February which is why I was making the bed purchase on 30th june. Never ever again and I'll make sure my friends don't suffer the same experience. The 2nd mattress was finally delivered to my son on 6th october 2026.

1st class service from the staff in the shop very informative and helpful i never realised what we were missing. Nothing was too much trouble and no pressure to buy. We did purchase and waa kept informed on the making delivery date waa given on purchase and a 3hr slot which is really better than just anytime. Delivery guys were very nice indeed they took the bed upstairs with care brilliantly.
