As a customer new to Bensons I had no idea how helpful and flexible you could be. The staff in Lakeside Doncaster branch gave excellent advice and were so helpful when we realised our original choice was not right for our bedroom. They guided us to the best bed for us and we can't wait to start using it.

Do not buy from outlet, as have no comeback
I bought a mattress that was not fit for purpose, I'm a hot sleeper and this one boils me and my partner, who's never suffered before. I returned to the shop to ask about returning the product, after 2 days, to be told as it's a outlet Bensons buy and try wasn't an option and to call customer services. I did this but was told nothing they could do as bought from an outlet. This wasn't explained in the store and the mattress I bought was not what I explained to the salesman I needed. Now paid over £600 for a mattress I cannot use.
