The staff were very helpful in store. I had no problems with my order despite having to change the date of delivery of the bed I wanted. The delivery of the bed was straightforward.

Helpful but not overbearing
We visited the shop a few weeks ago and the sales assistant was very attentive, but also let us get on with trying different mattresses without hovering over us in what is already a slightly odd shopping experience!
When I went back in to buy the mattress yesterday, he was on shift again and was once again very helpful and friendly.

Delivered on due date, updates given re timings.
Delivery on time, taken to bedroom, bed and frame well protected. Easily assembled. Looks good, nice quality.
