The staff were very helpful in store. I had no problems with my order despite having to change the date of delivery of the bed I wanted. The delivery of the bed was straightforward.

We visited the shop a few weeks ago and the sales assistant was very attentive, but also let us get on with trying different mattresses without hovering over us in what is already a slightly odd shop... Ver más

Staff very helpful
Staff very helpful. We are moving house and wanted new beds for all. We had an idea on bed bases but hadn’t a clue on the mattress. Charlie talked us through all options and was great in recognising our needs. Will highly recommend this store to friends and family.

The young lady was so patient with us I told her about my back condition and she had us on lots of beds explaining what the mattress was made of and how it would support my back etc, she then left us to try the ones she had recommended came back a short time later and was a real help when making my final decision. Great service from Kristi before buying the mattress. But the mattress is the worst’s thing I have ever experienced. It really smells, it has lost its shape when you lay on it it dips down, you and your partner roll together, the side of the mattress is really ridged and you have to roll yourself out of the bed . It does not support your body in any way whatsoever. It is only 5 months old and you would think that it was 15 years old. There is no comfort whatsoever. My old mattress gave me more support than this. I have a bad back condition that’s why I spent so much money on the mattress. I really do wish that I had never walked in to the shop. Once they have your money it seems like they don’t give a hoot about you and as for customer service they try and make things really hard for you. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THAT SHOP OR MATTRESS TO ANYONE

Good Experience, plenty to choose from.
Good location, easy parking, big selection and able to try. Sales assistant very helpful . Paperwork etc dealt with promptly, a bit too many emails afterwards though. But would recommend.
