Paul was friendly with no sales pitch & gave us plenty of time/space to browse once he had pointed me in the right direction (ensured I was aware of similar mattress types / spec & tech to what I was looking for at lower end of the price range)
Knowledgeable & got me a fantastic deal too! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! (& after poor experience at rival retailer beginning with D, their lack of transparency around delivery/installation costs (signs stating free delivery all over the store) is what made me walk from there - especially when spending £2.5-£3k on a bed!) I’m glad I did, it saved me £700 for the same mattress!

Neil was absolutely amazing! He took the time to answer all our questions and helped us figure out the perfect mattress for our comfort needs as well as our budget. On top of that, he was incredibly patient and kind while we navigated the process with two small kids in tow. His fantastic service and understanding made the entire experience so much easier and truly worth visiting the store in person and NOT ONCE was he pushing us to buy that day, allowing us to go home and discuss it. Thanks to him, we felt confident in our decision and chose to buy in-store rather than online. Highly recommend!

We went into the showroom at Falkirk only thinking to possibly purchase a double divan. The assistant( Steven Crawford) who helped us out was so good with relevant and useful information that we ended up purchasing a headboard/4drawer base and an i-gel mattress. It was delivered on time and the delivery men were wonderful. Now the bed has been assembled and looks absolutely stunning

Bought our new bed from Falkirk Retail Park Bensons for Beds. The sales assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and offered many options for us. We were able to narrow down our options to choose the most suitable bed and mattress.

Price suited our budget and check out was simple. We received emails and phone calls to confirm and provide delivery window. Bed arrived and was delivered to the room by two cheerful and friendly delivery drivers. Bed was beautiful, well packaged and excellent quality.

Bought new bed and shortly after a new headboard. Helpful, knowledgeable staff but not "pushy". Bed was delivered as promised and headboard sent to shop on date agreed and we were phoned and advised it was ready to collect. Nothing negative to report at all. Well done Falkirk Bensons.

Bensons in my local retail park, they had good sales prices, some folks were there before me so I took my time to wander around and digest the goods and sales on offer. Salesman, Steven, very helpful re mattresses, very pleasant, answered my questions, I bought single bed and mattress, would recommend this store

We had been looking for a small double bed for my daughter for a while. We chose to just randomly walk into Bensons to see what beds they had. Steven helped us and was friendly and helpful from the start. He showed us a really good offer and took time to hear what my daughter wanted. He could have encouraged a more expensive buy that would not have been right for her needs and room size. Instead he was patient with her and answered all questions we had. We are happy with the offer, almost like it was meant to buy and my daughter is excited for her new bed.

Great place for beds staff very friendly and helpful can't recommend them enough

One thing I liked was not being pounced on the minute I entered the store - that drives me crazy! I had told the salesman what I was looking for and he gave me a few options. He wasn’t pushy and allowed me to browse at my own pace. I purchased a mattress and look forward to it arriving in a couple of weeks.

I nipped in to look at mattresses, was greeted by Paul (I think that was his name). He gave me space to look and wasn't overbearing like a lot of salesmen which usually puts me off and I leave. He answered questions and gave advice and showed me different products to help make my mind up but wasn't pushy at all. He told me to continue looking and give him a shout which is exactly what I done and purchased a mattress and bed frame, I was extremely happy with the whole experience. I was a bit wary as I hate feeling pressure to purchase in store but there was none whatsoever.
A totally positive experience and I can't wait to shop in store again! With any luck Paul will serve me again. Top guy!

Took mum in for a new mattress as I had just purchased a new bed and mattress a few weeks previous, explained mum has altzeimers and the guys were so good with her, definitely recommend
