Great service from when we walked into the store till after we received our mattress helpful, friendly & polite store staff didnt hassle us, left us to look around to try different mattresses and plenty of notice and reminders for when our mattress was due and being delivered, friendly delivery staff who kept us up to date on our delivery

We Went to the Gillingham branch and the lady was able to show us the perfect bed base for our needs.

She was really helpful and knew her products. She was friendly and quick at getting it all sorted. The whole process only took about 20 minutes from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend someone go to that branch and speak to Odette.

Myself and my husband visited the Gillingham store to get some ideas on a new bed and mattress. We have had our bed for over 15 years and had no clue where to start, thankfully a member of staff helped us tremendously. Odette (sorry if spelt incorrect) talked us through our options and showed us ottoman beds as we needed extra storage. She talked us through the different ranges of mattresses and helped us find the perfect bed and mattress. Unfortunately we ran at our time as the shops were closing soon, but I came home and ordered online. We can’t wait to have our new bed delivered, and thanks to Odette for all her help and for answering any questions we had.

We could not of asked for a better customer service that your Colleague gave us, so knowledgeable answered all our questions, his name was Richard and so polite. After he gave us all the information that we needed he left us to walk around and make up our mind, he was not pushy, he just said if you need me just come and find me. Which my husband and i prefer no pressure, we made up our mind and Richard placed our order explained everything to us so we could check and agree. I would certainly go there again just to have Richard serve us, a credit to your company. Excellent
