Purchased a new headboard from the Gillingham store. I located the store / product online some time ago and finally got round to placing the order as I happened to be passing. The member of staff who served me was very helpful and quickly identified the headboard I wanted and guided me through various options. The order process was straightforward and delivery dates etc were clearly explained. Overall an excellent experience and I now await the arrival of the item.

Wendy, the sales lady was the perfect person to sell your beds. She was helpful, friendly and not pushy, unlike Dreams that we went into first!! We were more than happy to buy from her.

After a not so pleasant pushy experience at Dreams which ended in us walking swiftly away, we were delighted to be allowed to peruse at our leisure at Bensons. The sales person welcomed us politely and left us to explore the beds on display. She checked in with us from a distance to see how we were getting on and was happy to answer our questions. She helped us work out what we wanted and was happy to stick within our budget, with no pushy upselling. All round a pleasant shopping experience, thank you.
